about

My great friend Chris Foreman and I often talked about how persistent and intense the military recruiters that would call us in high school were, and we let our imaginations run wild into the future, where we believed robots would one day replace the humans in this effort, and that the robots could be programmed with patriotic media. They could also occasionally make errors and, for instance, accidentally throw you on a C-130 bound for training camp, even if you declined the invitation.
